A pro bono effort by Ernst & Young LLP, Moneyopolis provides tools and programs to assist in enhancing math, financial planning, decision-making, reading, and computer skills. It centers around a financial planning game based on assessment, goal setting, strategy setting, implementation, and review/adjust. The game allows children to move through various financial planning centers, managing money and working towards a defined goal. There are also materials for math teachers available to assist their students and to integrate the Web site into the classroom activities.
