Glinda Bridgforth, author of Girl, Get Your Money Straight and a diet debt coach on the Oprah television show, was the featured speaker on Tuesday, October 14 in Appleton, Wisconsin. She shared tips from her book and program with the audience.

2008 Money Smart Week Wisconsin in October

The third annual Money Smart Week Wisconsin campaign was held on October 12–18. This program included events hosted by community groups, government agencies, financial advisers and businesses, among others, all there to answer questions about how to handle finances and to teach children about handling money.
