FR 2644 Reporting Guide

The FR 2644 collects weekly data on the outstanding amount of selected loans, securities, other assets, and borrowings from a sample of U.S. commercial banks.

Data from this report are used to construct estimates of bank credit, the sources and uses of bank funds, and a balance sheet for the entire banking system. These statistics are used to analyze current banking and monetary conditions.
