This data is a resource for de novo banks needing "loan loss experience" for tax purposes. Seventh District insured commercial bank "Consolidated Reports of Condition and Income" data are available for each quarter from March 1991 to December 2008.

Total Loans (Gross)

RCFD2122 TOTAL LOANS AND LEASES, NET OF UNEARNED INCOME.
The net total of "Total Loans and Leases, Gross (1400)" less "Unearned Income on Loans (2123)".
PLUS
RCFD2123 UNEARNED INCOME ON LOANS. Includes unearned income only to the extent that it is included in various loan items.
MINUS
RCFD2165 LEASE FINANCING RECEIVABLES (NET OF UNEARNED INCOME). Includes all outstanding receivable balances relating to direction and leveraged financing leases on property acquired by the bank for leasing purposes. These balances include the estimated residual value of leased property and is net of unearned income and any allowance for losses on leases.
