Todd Aadland is senior vice president and chief information officer of the Customer Relations and Support Office (CRSO). He is responsible for ensuring financial institutions have access to the Federal Reserve Banks’ financial services, including critical payment services, via the FedLine access solutions.
Aadland joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago in 1995 and has held a variety of management positions during his time at the bank. Aadland joined the CRSO in 2001. He was promoted to assistant vice president of the CRSO’s application development and risk management functions in 2006. In 2009, Aadland was promoted to vice president and assumed additional responsibility for technology architecture and portfolio management functions. He was promoted to chief information officer in 2012 and to senior vice president of the CRSO FedLine division in 2014.
Aadland holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa, a master of science degree in e-commerce technology from DePaul University and a master of business administration degree in business strategy and technology operations from Northwestern University.
