Carol Maria formerly served on our Advisory Council on Agriculture, Small Business and Labor. She has been president of Wisconsin Business Growth Fund (WBGF), an affiliate of WBD Finance Corporation (WBD), since 2006. She was vice president of WBD from 2006 to 2010. As a licensed attorney she focuses on solutions that manage the regulatory and practical mechanics of delivering small business financial services through the following federal and state programs: U.S. Department of Treasury; U.S. Small Business Administration; U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; U.S. Department of Agriculture; and, State of Wisconsin Capital Access. Maria has a J.D. in insurance from Creighton University School of Law and a B.A. in psychology from Creighton University.
