According to the most recent AgLetter, Seventh District farmland values in the second quarter of 2012 were 15 percent higher than a year ago, despite growing concerns about the drought’s impact. The value of “good” agricultural land in the second quarter of 2012 was 1 percent higher than in the first quarter.
