SR 07-2: Revised Suspicious Activity Report by Depository Institutions
In SR 07-2, the federal financial institutions regulatory agencies and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) announced that the Suspicious Activity Report by Depository Institutions (SAR-DI) form and instructions have been revised to enhance their clarity, allow for joint filing of SARs and improve the usefulness of the SAR-DI to law enforcement. Financial institutions may begin using the revised form on June 30; use is mandatory on Dec. 31, 2007.
