Chicago Fed Announces New Vice Presidents, Assistant Vice President

The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago today announced four promotions:

Ray Bacon New Vice President of Large Bank Supervision

Bacon, 60, has been promoted to vice president of Large Bank Supervision in the Supervision and Regulation Department. He previously served as an officer responsible for large organizations in the Large Bank Supervision portfolio. He joined the bank in 1972 and has held numerous leadership assignments within the Supervision and Regulation area.

Bacon graduated from Northern Illinois University with a bachelor's degree in finance, and from the University of Chicago with a master's degree in business administration. He resides in Chicago.

Donna Dziak New Vice President of District Cash Operations

Dziak, 43, has been promoted to vice president, District Cash Operations, and will be based in the Chicago Fed's Detroit Branch. She joined the bank in 1988 and has held various operational positions. Most recently she served as site manager for the Midway Check Processing Facility and led its significant and sustained operational improvements in the areas of costs, productivity and controls.

Dziak earned a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a master's degree in business administration from Wayne State University. She resides in Grosse Pointe, Mich.

Kim Clark New Vice President of District Check Operations

Clark, 48, has been promoted to vice president, District Check Operations, and will be based in Des Moines, Iowa. Most recently she served as assistant vice president and site manager of the Des Moines check-processing operation and District Check Adjustments. She joined the bank in 1982 and has been a key member of the management team during her entire tenure.

Clark holds a bachelor's degree from Drake University. She resides in Des Moines, Iowa.

Mark Green New Assistant Vice President at Midway Check-Processing Center

Green, 48, has been promoted to assistant vice president at the Midway Check Processing Facility in Bedford Park, Ill. Most recently he served as a senior check manager. He has been with the bank for more than 25 years and has been an instrumental leader in the sustained operational improvements at the Midway site.

Green is currently completing his bachelor's degree at Benedictine University. He resides in Oswego, Ill.
