Chicago, IL
I have a B.A. in management and marketing and an MBA in telecommunications from DePaul University. In addition, I have a Project Management Certificate from DePaul and a Loyola mini-MBA Certificate.
In 2010 as a consultant for a few months then converted to a full-time employee.
I work in the National Records Management Support Office as the business operations manager. I am responsible for operationalizing projects, reporting, monitoring our key and process controls and offering training to our record managers and loader community. We focus on ensuring our processes and procedures are effective and efficient to support the needs of the records management community and their interactions with Reserve Bank business lines.
Fundamentally, in my role I serve as the bridge to and from our group to collaborate with the S&R records managers, their teams, the Office of the Secretary at the Board of Governors and technical service providers for records management business processes and integrated technologies. We help to implement records management policy across S&R and evolve existing governance and communication models to ensure tactical and strategic alignment. We adhere to the Office of the Secretary's program that promotes sound records management in support of strategic direction, and in compliance with federal laws and regulations. The program creates policies and provides services that result in the proper creation, management, and availability of Board documentation.
We ensure S&R is able to categorize, preserve, utilize, and destroy required supervisory artifacts in accordance with OSEC guidance and applicable Federal laws and regulations.

The Chicago Fed offers an opportunity for someone to bring their best to the organization and supports employees in taking advantage of job shadows, rotational assignments and being engaged in "stretch" assignments.
