Silvia Craig is a research assistant for the financial economics team within the economic research department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. In 2024, Craig graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.S. in computational and applied mathematics, a B.A. with honors in economics, and a minor in media arts and design. Craig is interested in researching the topics of public finance, inequality, labor markets, household decision making, education, and safety net programs.
