Linda Jojo

About
Linda Jojo served as executive vice president, chief customer officer for United Airlines from 2022-2025. She and her teams delivered the processes and tools to create an airline that customers choose to fly. In this role, she had oversight of digital technology, contact centers, customer solutions and innovation.
From 2017-2022, Linda served as United’s executive vice president of technology and chief digital officer, where she led information technology, data analytics, digital products, e-commerce, cyber security, and the airline’s digital strategy.
Prior to joining United in 2014, Linda held the position of executive vice president and chief information officer for Rogers Communications, Canada’s leading wireless, cable, and media company. She also served as the CIO for Energy Future Holdings Corporation and Flowserve Corporation.
Earlier in her career, she worked for GE in various technology leadership roles.
In addition to her work, Linda is passionate about preparing young people for STEM careers. She is immediate past chair of the Board of Trustees of the Adler Planetarium in Chicago and a member of the Board of Trustees, at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
Linda, who is married, holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
